We would rather show “Not verified” than an invented number. Here is how comparison data is sourced and labelled.
Where data comes from
Specifications should come from official manufacturer product pages, specification sheets or support pages for the exact model. Prices should come from official brand stores or verified retailer listings; bank rates from each bank's official rate page. A brand's homepage is never treated as proof of an individual specification.
How verification works
A record is marked Verified only after a person checks its product-specific source and records the URL and date. Partially verified means some fields were checked. Unverified means the values are curated samples that have not yet been checked. Unconfirmed fields appear as “Not available”.
Prices and countries
Prices are country-specific (India in ₹, United States in $) and are never converted between markets. Prices are not live or automatically updated, and offers change frequently. Loan and deposit rates depend on each bank's terms and the applicant's profile.
